Our Preschool program is designed to create a safe, welcoming environment where your little one can learn, grow, and be well prepared to enter kindergarten. We recognize they are individuals with their own personalities and their own set of likes and dislikes. We respect their individuality and work with them as they grow and develop at their own pace. Learning experiences are planned to promote the preschooler's growing independence, to enhance social skills, prepare for kindergarten and beyond. Our enhanced preschool program offers a rich variety of projects and activities that build an established foundation for learning while focusing on advancing language ability, mathematical reasoning, and scientific thought. Children develop independently and in small groups. Our lessons offer guided experiences that encompass all the skills and understanding necessary for optimum development and academic success. We plan lessons that include language and reading, construction, math, fine motor, art, dramatic play, science and sensory exploration, and outdoor learning. We also engage in extra-curricular activities such as second languages ( Spanish & French), as well as theatre and yoga.
The preschool room environment includes computers for online learning modules, many books, hands-on activities. and a more structured classroom setting.
As parents, you deserve to know everything that happens while your child is in our care. We will make every effort to ensure that you are always in the know. We love to tell you about and show you, your child's experiences through daily communications. All of our classrooms are equipped with security cameras so parents can rest assured that their little ones are being cared for at the highest level at all times.
